DIVORCE - We recently settled a highly contested divorce case in mediation. We represented the father in a case where the mother had taken the children to a distant county after alleging the father and the live in grandfather had done terrible things to her and the children. After an investigation showed that the mother had fabricated these allegations we were able to negotiate a full settlement on behalf of the father which included the return of the children to his household, the return of the children to the original school system near the father's house, shared custody between the parents, with the father doing none of the driving to the distant county, and the father paying absolutely no child support to the mother.
CHILD CUSTODY MODIFICATION - We were able to negotiate a significant decrease in child support payments, and a substantial increase in child visitation for a father based upon his recent change in employment and income.
DIVORCE - We we able to negotiate a shared custody arrangement on behalf of a father in which the mother and her attorney wanted the father to only have "supervised" visitation. We were able to negotiate such that the father had substantial visitation without any of the supervision restrictions the mother and her attorney attempted to impose.
